On December 28th of each year we celebrate National Chocolate Candy Day.
What better way to rest up between Christmas and New Years than to curl up on the couch with a new book and a wonderfully delicious box of chocolate. And it just so happens that today is the perfect day to enjoy my box of chocolate since it's National Chocolate Candy Day.
Perfect day to celebrate both this national holiday and Xmas.
Did you know that chocolate is not only delicious but it's also one of the most popular sweets in the world. You probably didn't know that in the Second World War, the United States Government commissioned Milton Hershey to create a candy bar that was to be included in the Soldiers' rations and that became the famous Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar. Chocolate can be combine with almost anything to recreate your favorite treat. Personally I'm addicted to chocolate covered raisins.
