They are the best at spoiling us rotten and personally I always loved spending time with my uncles and aunt. It's great that this year it falls on the weekend, so there's not excuse not to make this a special day for your uncles and aunts.

I know I love the fact that my son loves to cook and is studying to become a chef. He has a passion for cooking and today I celebrate his passion and dedication to his art...cooking.

Amelia Earhart is a famous aviation pioneer, she broke many early aviation records. Her final flight and disappearance remain a mystery. Her navigator, Fred Noonan, and her were on a record setting attempt when they became lost in the Pacific Ocean.

Today we celebrate on of America's favorite summer foods - the hot dog.

During the summer you'll find hot dogs on grills across America plus that the favorite food at the ballpark too. In New York city look for the carts at street corners selling this New York staples to the tourist or people on the go grabbing a quick bite between shopping. 

My favorite way to cook a hot dog is on a stick over a campfire, this always brings back memories of our camping adventures as a child.

Ok so all you good people out there that eat healthy all the time. Today is your get out of jail card. Celebrate with a donut or two or maybe pizza...I have to admit that I'm excited to celebrate this day. I try to be good most of the time but once in a while it's nice to not feel guilty about having some junk food. Just remember not to over do it otherwise you might end up with a stomach ache.
